DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to support an SEC program, working on the CI/CD platform that underpins agency-wide software delivery and cloud operations. What you'll be doing: Engineering, stabilizing, and monitoring the CI/CD platform — including incident response, capacity planning, and infrastructure management Designing and standardizing pipelines using GitHub Actions , integrating build tools, testing frameworks, and deployment automation Integrating CI/CD systems with agency tools including GitHub , Nexus/Artifactory , and ServiceNow Managing AWS infrastructure ( ECS , S3 , RDS , Lambda , ECS Fargate ) and building IaC using CloudFormation and/or CDK Enhancing DevSecOps capabilities including SBOM generation , SCA, dependency vulnerability management, and IaC scanning Automating compliance processes through OSCAL integration and ATO evidence collection Monitoring and logging using CloudWatch , and exploring AI/ML tooling for vulnerability prioritization and automated code review What you’ll bring: Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipeline engineering Proficiency with GitHub Actions , CloudFormation and/or CDK Containerization experience with Docker , Kubernetes , or ECS Fargate Solid Linux administration and scripting skills in Python or Bash Familiarity with OSCAL , RMF, and ATO processes Experience with software supply chain security — SBOM , SCA, dependency scanning SEC or federal agency experience is a plus Comfortable working remotely with strong async communication habits Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
