Job Description We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on operations and Linux systems management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our production infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. You will manage Linux servers, automate routine operational tasks, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and optimize Linux servers, ensuring high availability and security. Configure, deploy, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters, optimizing them for performance and reliability. Develop and configure infrastructure components to collect, process and analyze security events within a SIEM system Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools like Ansible. Set up monitoring tools, respond to system alerts, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency. Work closely with security engineers, system administrators, and other teams to support and improve our infrastructure. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role, with a focus on Linux environments. Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning. Experience working with Kibana. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar. Familiarity with SSDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle) principles. Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Ansible, or Terraform to automate infrastructure management. Ability to produce thorough, clear, and organized documentation for technical processes and systems. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues. Desirable experience and knowledge: Possession of one of the Elastic certificates (e.g. Elastic Certified Engineer) Experience working with Elastic agent or Elastic Beats agents. Experience working with Beats Management or Fleet. Experience in an InfoSec work environment.
