Role Description
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD automation to join our Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team. In this role, you will work closely with software developers, platform engineers, and cybersecurity professionals to design, build, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
US citizenship
Active Secret clearance; Ability to obtain Top-Secret/SCI
Requirements
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools
Writing and managing pipeline configurations
Automating build, test, and deployment workflows
Proficiency with scripting and automation such as Python, Bash, Go, or similar
Implementing automated security and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines
Securing CI/CD pipelines and software supply chains
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
Certified GitLab CI/CD Specialist or similar DevOps-related certification
Containerization experience using Docker, Podman, CRI-O, or similar
Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack
Experience with Zero Trust architectures, SELinux, or hardened Linux distributions
