We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help develop and maintain our infrastructure while collaborating closely with our developers to enhance our processes. To complement our current teamâs skill set, we are specifically looking for someone with strong expertise in Docker.RoleCreate and maintain Kubernetes hybrid clustersImplement and manage CI/CD pipelinesMaintain and optimize Docker imagesPrepare deployments for productionOptimize infrastructure and tool scaling to keep costs lowSupport developers throughout the DevOps processDocument technical procedures and policiesExperienceWith at least 5+ years of experience working on a rapidly growing product, your work is well-crafted and well-tested for scalabilityStrong experience with DockerProficiency with Kubernetes (knowledge with Kustomize is a plus)Proficiency with CI/CD process (Github, test-driven development, etc.)Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.)Experience with Docker image licencing & distributionKnowledge of databases (PostrgreSQL, Patroni)Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana Loki)Strong experience with UNIX/Linux operating systemsNetworking knowledge (DNS, OSI model, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)Fluency in French and EnglishProfileProactive, agile, autonomous, tenacious, pragmatic, collaborative and curiousYou think critically before you codeYou solve problems in a collaborative wayYou ensure high-quality work standardsYouâre not afraid to try new thingsWhat Gladia offersThe compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from âŹ55K to âŹ75K in base salary + BSPCEsFull remote policy in France with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in Sentier, the heart of Paris Lunch vouchers (approx. 200âŹ/month)An allowance of 360 euros/year for your sports activitiesAn allowance of 300 euros for the adaptation of your workstationA health insurance (100% coverage) and a pension contract with Alan Blue for you & your familyUnlimited vacation policyAt Gladia, we thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a shared passion for pushing the boundaries.
