Development of a Customer Support & Review Management Tool for Amazon Sellers

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to build a custom web application for Amazon customer service and review management. We already have an example platform that demonstrates the core features and workflows we want to replicate; we will share this reference privately after the initial screening. The tool should allow our team to manage Amazon customer messages, returns, and reviews from a centralized dashboard. It must include workflows for legally compliant review handling, such as identifying problematic reviews, requesting appropriate follow-ups with customers, and submitting valid reports to Amazon when necessary. The system must not violate Amazon’s policies and should be built with compliance in mind. A critical requirement is full integration with Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API). The application should securely connect to multiple Amazon marketplaces and retrieve data such as customer messages, orders, return requests, and product reviews. It should also support sending responses, performing allowed actions, and generating alerts based on SP-API data. Key Features Required: • Integration with Amazon SP-API (orders, messaging, returns, and reviews endpoints). • Central inbox for handling customer messages from various Amazon marketplaces. • Review monitoring dashboard for new, updated, or flagged reviews. • Workflow for identifying reviews that may require reporting under Amazon’s guidelines. • Ticketing-style interface for customer service tasks. • Automation rules for categorizing or prioritizing incoming messages. • Basic analytics and reporting (response times, review trends, issue patterns). • User management and role permissions. • Secure architecture, including OAuth authentication for Amazon SP-API. Technical Expectations: • Modern tech stack (e.g., React, Vue, or similar for frontend; Node.js, Python, or similar for backend). • Scalable architecture suitable for SaaS deployment. • Experience with Amazon SP-API is required. • Clean, well-documented code and reproducible development environment.
