They are seeking a Development & Culture Learning Specialist to support the deployment of learning programs and ensure effective communication and logistics for training operations.ResponsibilitiesEnsures facilitators, program managers, participants, and other key stakeholders have the information they need in an accurate, timely, and professional mannerSupports end-to-end program logistics and training operations: logistics, materials, coordinate food and beverage, purchasing, financial tracking and maintains a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipmentCommunicates with program managers and facilitators regarding enrollments, participant questions, and logistics to ensure a smooth training deliveryCommunicates with enrolled participants using templated communications according to program schedule, partnering with program managers to maintain schedule and contentSubmits course publication requests and the administrative and deployment functions for online content, programs & sessions, and for the corporate onboarding programParticipates in the development and maintenance of procedures, templates, and/or communication channels for learning programs and sessions as assignedTracks completion of sessions and programs in the LMS based on participant attendance, creates surveys as requested by team members and report monthly metrics including updating appropriate scorecardsAs desired, facilitate meetings and or training sessions as further developmentOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience1+ Year of Learning Operations or classroom experience or comparable (scheduling, tracking, updating)Knowledge of any Learning Management System (LMS)Proficiency in MS Office; Word, PPT, ExcelSelf-starter with ability to prioritize and multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsSharePointLearning Pathway management with IntrepidPowerBIFacilitation skills; potential for 5-10% facilitation if desired (in-person or virtual)BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision coveragePTO401K matchSupport for community involvementTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceCompany OverviewDaikin Applied delivers superior air quality and energy efficiency to every solution with innovation in advanced technology, IoT, and next generation compressors.
