Introduction:
We are seeking a highly qualified and independent Developer Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on Salesforce application development and system analysis/design. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce applications
- Configure Salesforce environment and create innovative solutions
- Document application specifications and solutions
- Identify and evaluate vendor/partner software and integration strategies
- Lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients
- Implement appropriate testing strategies and deploy application solutions
- Collaborate with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements
- Utilize Salesforce Web Services APIs and other Salesforce tools
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in application development with emphasis on Salesforce, Force.com, and Client Server technologies
- Experience in Salesforce declarative environment and configuration
- Salesforce Developer or Admin track certifications
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Agile development experience
- Experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
- Object-Oriented Programming knowledge
- Ability to lead design sessions and think outside of the box
- Strong collaboration and people management skills
- Experience in requirements elicitation and systems analysis/design
