Developer Associate (hybrid)
Northwestern University is a prestigious institution seeking a Developer Associate to efficiently develop, test, deploy, and debug software solutions. The role involves collaborating with analysts and team members to design and implement technical solutions while ensuring business needs are met. Responsibilities Collaborates with analysts and users to develop workflows and features. Assists in all stages of the project, starting from the initial planning stages Responds to inquiries and adheres to Northwestern’s ITSM. Creates and maintains software, process, and support documentation. Communicates, diagnoses, and resolves database and software performance issues Executes all phases of the SDLC with occasional guidance. Works with business analysts and stakeholders to determine and document requirements. Designs databases and data structures. Develops applications according to specifications from analysts and senior developers to support business requirements. Completes tier 3 troubleshooting. Prioritizes assigned tasks.
