Key Responsibilities
Core Data Management Duties

Collect, digitize, and accurately input a wide variety of documents, including invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
Maintain and continuously improve a detailed, organized electronic storage system to ensure every entry is complete, searchable, and compliant with industry standards.
Organize, label, and archive hard‑copy documents such as original invoices, inventory checklists, and other critical financial paperwork.
Develop and enforce data entry standards, regularly reviewing filing structures to enhance data quality and retrieval speed.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies by collaborating with administrative staff, locating missing information, and updating records promptly.
Respond to data queries from internal teams, escalating significant errors to management for swift resolution.
Adhere to best practices in data management, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality at all times.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Essential Qualifications
