Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities
Ā Enter data accurately into the QuickClaim system using provided images.
Ā Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation.
Ā Review and verify that data entry meets or exceeds quality standards.
Ā Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ā Collaborate professionally with team members as needed.
Ā Suggest improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency.
Ā Complete all assigned tasks for the day and perform additional office duties as required.
Hourly Pay and Available Schedule
Ā Pay: $12 per hour
Ā Part-time and full-time positions available; full-time is preferred.
Ā Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
Ā Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Ā Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions.
Ā Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client data.
Ā Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
Ā Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
