Job Title: Destination Expert - Weddings, Honeymoons & More!
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Destination Expert to specialize in curating unforgettable wedding and honeymoon experiences for couples. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design personalized destination weddings and honeymoon itineraries that perfectly reflect their unique vision and preferences. From beachside ceremonies to luxurious getaways, youll craft dream experiences that celebrate love and adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Wedding & Honeymoon Planning: Collaborate with couples to understand their vision for their destination wedding or honeymoon, and create tailored itineraries that include stunning venues, accommodations, activities, and local experiences
Destination Expertise: Offer expert advice on the most romantic and breathtaking wedding and honeymoon destinations worldwide, including unique venues, private villas, resorts, and cultural experiences
Vendor & Venue Coordination: Work with trusted wedding planners, venues, photographers, florists, and local vendors to ensure every detail of the wedding or honeymoon is perfectly executed, from the ceremony to post-wedding experiences
Itinerary Management: Coordinate all aspects of the couples travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transfers, activities, and any special requests, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
Client Consultations: Provide one-on-one virtual or in-person consultations to guide couples through their options, helping them select destinations, venues, and activities that match their style, preferences, and budget
Problem Solving: Handle any last-minute changes, challenges, or logistical issues with professionalism and creativity, ensuring that the couple's dream experience remains uninterrupted
Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support throughout the planning process and travel journey, assisting with any adjustments, questions, or additional requests before, during, and after the wedding or honeymoon
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest wedding trends, honeymoon destinations, luxury resorts, and unique experiences to offer fresh and exciting options to clients
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wedding planning, honeymoon coordination, travel, or hospitality
Deep knowledge of popular and off-the-beaten-path wedding and honeymoon destinations worldwide
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their personal preferences
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple couples and itineraries at once
A passion for weddings, travel, and curating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for couples
Experience working with wedding vendors, venues, and luxury travel providers is a plus
Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for research, booking, and client communication
