This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable experiences while working in a flexible, supportive environment. As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, acting as a trusted resource to ensure seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs.
• Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences.
• Provide detailed information and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required.
