We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support/Help Desk/Field Support Specialist to provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within our organization's desktop computing environment. Ā At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Ā Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ā Excellent end-user computing skills
Ā Good knowledge of infrastructure support
Ā Strong customer service ethic and great communication skills
Ā Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Ā Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM
Ā In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, PC/Laptop hardware, and PC/Laptop peripherals
