What this Job Entails: The Software Engineer designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products. They will also develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms.Scope: Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesWorks on problems of limited scopeReceives detailed instructionsYour Roles and Responsibilities:Help to provide administration, development, and application support for end users Assist in the design, develop, code, test and debug system softwareReview code and designAssist with configuring and integrating third-party software components and technologiesHelp to perform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to how technical solutions operate in customer environmentsHelp to address and resolve software bugs and bug reproduction requests; logging of all incidents and requests; engaging other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibilityAssist with appropriate logging and tracking of incidents and requests from identification through to resolution as per established policiesProvide limited after hours and on-call support as neededAssist with review and development of test documentationWork with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiativesOther duties as required.
