About the Team Digital Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! About the Role The Digital Email and Social Designer will create and design unique and captivating designs to support digital marketing campaigns across emails, social, ads and websites. Responsibilities: • Support the Senior Designer to create seasonal and weekly digital marketing assets for emails, social, website and digital ads. • Designs for weekly and monthly email, e-marketing and social campaigns. • Work directly with Creative Manager to introduce new and innovative designs and features. • Present campaigns for approvals and feedback to Creative Manager and Creative Director. • Collaborate with and support design team members on Pottery Barn Kids and Teen Digital Creative teams. • Coordinate and support up-to-date creative designs across all US and Global websites and emails. • Continually drive and evolve design brand standards for the website. • Work with Creative Manager to manage design and creative deliverables to schedule, including internal milestones and freelance and vendor milestones • Manage workflow to meet business and creative deadlines Criteria: • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design • You have a demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition. • Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks. • Outstanding communication skills. • Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines. • Knowledge of HTML for email and email design best practices. • Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality. • 2-3 years of digital design experience, preferably in retail brands Technical Competencies required: • Figma • AirTable • Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Dreamweaver • Basic HTML, CSS and coding Benefits Just for You Depending on your position and your location, here are a few highlights of what you might be eligible for: • A generous discount on all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands • A 401(k) plan and other investment opportunities • Paid vacations, holidays, and time off to volunteer • Health benefits, dental and vision insurance, including same-sex domestic partner benefits • Tax-free commuter benefits • A wellness program that supports your physical, financial and emotional health Your Journey in Continued Learning • In-person and online learning opportunities through WSI University • Cross-brand and cross-function career opportunities • Resources for self-development • Advisor (Mentor) program • Career development workshops and learning programs • Speaker series WSI will not now or in the future commence an immigration case or "sponsor" an individual for this position (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration This role is not eligible for relocation assistance. The expected starting pay range for this position is $82,000-$86,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
