Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities for 3M's design solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position 3M's design solutions in the market. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of 3M's design solutions to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients, leveraging 3M's innovative design products. Meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, using CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities. Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and understanding of design principles to effectively promote 3M's solutions. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns that effectively promote 3M's design solutions.
