Work Location: Remote *EST and CST time zones only

Skills and Experience Needed
Required:
ā¢ 5+ years of experience
ā¢ Experience in Wealth management companies
ā¢ Creating experiences across all customer touchpoints
ā¢ Deep knowledge of and experience with User-Centered Design and Human Factors research methods
ā¢ Strong communications skills: written, oral, and graphical
ā¢ Strong project management skills with the ability to balance tasks spanning multiple studies
ā¢ Knowledge of inferential statistics and familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) is an asset
ā¢ Undergraduate degree is required (graduate degree preferred) in psychology, anthropology, computer science, industrial engineering, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related field
