Design Program Manager

We are looking for a Design Program Manager with a strong understanding of product design principles and processes, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team. You should have a knack for leading creative projects, solving complex problems, and inspiring your team to think outside the box. If you have experience managing projects from concept to completion and are passionate about pushing the boundaries of design, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field• 5+ years of experience in program management• Proven track record of success in leading complex design projects • Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong knowledge of design tools and prototyping software

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans to ensure efficient delivery of design projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate project updates and provide status reports to stakeholders.
Establish clear project objectives and manage resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of design projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Create and maintain project documentation.
Develop innovative solutions to complex design problems.
Identify and troubleshoot potential risks and issues.
Utilize design tools and prototyping software to visualize project results.
