Design Professional

We are seeking a Design Professional in the Alameda office (hybrid). This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction. What You'll Do • Timely and accurate production of project deliverables • Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings; assuming responsibility for the accuracy of work • Solve space planning & adjacency requirements • Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants • Manage multiple assignments concurrently • Participate in improving architecture production methods Minimum Qualifications • Experience working across all phases of retail design projects • Proficiency in Revit (required); a Revit assessment will be administered • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written • Comfortable working within established standards, templates, and workflows • Proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and professional growth • Commitment to integrity, accountability, and teamwork Experience with: • Retail project documentation and coordination across all project phases • Design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Rhino • Implementing redlines and revisions accurately and efficiently • Collaborating with project teams to ensure the timely completion of deliverables • Pursuing architectural licensure or demonstrating interest in professional advancement About MBH Architects MBH Architects offers the best of both worlds: the resources of a top-tier firm with the supportive culture of a close-knit team.
