Develop and implement standards and best practices for design across all platforms and products. Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in design across all touchpoints. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Continuously evaluate and refine design processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our design strategies. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork. Act as a spokesperson for the design team, presenting and advocating for design decisions to stakeholders. Take ownership of the overall visual identity of Netflix, maintaining brand consistency and ensuring it evolves with the company's growth and direction. Netflix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
