What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to solicit referrals
Create custom designs for home organization solutions based on client needs
Set appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes
Collaborate with the sales manager and co-owners for mentorship and guidance
Manage your own portfolio of clients within the designated sales territory
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent communication skills and consumer sales experience
Detail-oriented with a focus on design and space planning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must reside within the designated sales territory
Must be able to commute to the home office 1-4 times per month
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in sales or design is a plus
Strong networking skills with trade associations and charitable groups
A passion for home organization and aesthetic design
Proven ability to develop a personal brand and client portfolio
