Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.Key Responsibilities:Establish and manage Bank Tie-Ups for EDC/POS deployments.Lead and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets and enrollments.Drive lead generation and market penetration strategies.Oversee branch activations and meet Capex revenue goals.Build and maintain relationships with key industry players.Desired Skills:4-7 years of experience in Sales or Bank Relationship Management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and networking abilities.Experience in EDC/POS or financial products preferred.
