You bring a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure fast, precise deployment of networking hardware. With excellent troubleshooting skills and a naturally curious mindset, you approach technical challenges methodically—digging deep to find root causes and applying your knowledge to deliver practical, lasting solutions. You’re analytical by nature, turning data into insights and trends into action. In a highly collaborative, global environment, you communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders to resolve complex deployment and network issues with efficiency and accuracy. What You'll Be Doing Design, analyse, test, and complete the setup of new sites globallyCreate technical input for site deployments and upgrades, including hardware and specific configuration requirements to suit the varying needs of the stakeholdersConsult with stakeholders to determine system functional specifications and provide recommendationsDevelop technical documentation for testing and installation of hardwareLead configuration of enterprise switching gear (Cisco, Juniper), ready via remote secure methodsDesign, implement and test Cloud On-ramp connections with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle)Advise and collaborate with a variety of global suppliers including data centres and carriers on deploying these new sites and develop strategies for anticipating, preparing for, and addressing any challenges that may ariseDesign, implement and test global circuitsDesign and build in-house prototypes for testing and to use to further educate stakeholdersLead team to ensure that deployment and migration plans stay on track What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience designing and managing international networksProven ability to work independently and apply advanced analytical and strategic skills in designing, developing, and testing global network operationsExperience with network automation and scripting to ensure systems are fully operational upon deployment, with strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilitiesExperience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar operational roleSkilled in analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting network hardware and configurationsStrong project and team management skillsHands-on experience in network monitoring, configuration, and lifecycle managementExperience with fiber optic technologies, including DWDM systems and related hardwarePossesses CCNA certification or equivalent Junos OS qualificationsProficient with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence What We Offer Flexible working environment – a remote-first culture with coworking options available.Generous leave plans – including parental leave, birthday leave, and a purchased annual leave program.Health and wellness support – through a wellness allowance and employee wellbeing initiatives.Comprehensive learning support – generous study and training allowance plus paid study leave.Creative, modern workspaces – designed to inspire when you're not working remotely, plus access to coworking spaces via our global WeWork membership if you work remotely, but like to get out of the house sometimes.Motivated, inclusive team – work alongside industry experts and fresh talentRecognition programs – celebrate achievements with our Legend and Kudos awards.
