Qualifications
• Strong understanding of dental practices and terminology
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in telehealth software, scheduling tools, and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a remote setting
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA or equivalent regulations in your region is preferred
