In this remote role, you�ll collaborate with our Claims Resolution team to streamline claim submissions, identify areas for improvement, and ensure claims meet all payer-specific documentation requirements. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the efficiency and success of our claims process across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Claims Management: Address and resolve claims in DentalXChange to ensure timely and accurate submission to payers. Documentation Review: Attach necessary documents and verify claims meet payer-specific requirements for successful processing. Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Claims Resolution team to identify and address payer-specific issues, suggest new rules for stopping claims, and enhance clean claim rates. Performance Excellence: Maintain high productivity and accuracy while working remotely to meet submission deadlines and team goals. Qualifications and Skills: Dental Industry Experience: Previous experience in dental billing, coding, or claims management is required. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with clearinghouses (especially DentalXChange) and the insurance claims submission process. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and resolution of claims. Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify and address root causes of claim issues and recommend process improvements. Self-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with the team and payer representatives.
