Dental Sales Representative
Description:
• Meeting and exceeding sales target while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements.
• Negotiating and closing sales opportunities by presenting 1:1 or to small groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
• Responding rapidly to customer requests and interacting with a professional demeanor to established strong business relationships within the territory.
• Independently solving problems with a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
• Collaborating and sharing knowledge with 3M teammates and internal cross functional teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of Field Sales experience OR
• Associates/Two-year degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years experience in the Dental industry AND
• Current, Valid Driver’s license is required
• Five (5) years of sales in the oral care business segment/industry in a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience with Data Analytics is preferred
• Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
