Join Select Dental Management (SDM), a leading dental management company with 35+ exceptional practices and over 100,000 patients annually, as a Dental Regional Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive growth, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement in our NY/NJ/PA region.
As a Dental Regional Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational expertise to our supported dental practices, fostering a positive patient experience, best-in-class employee and dentist retention, and substantial growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing actionable plans to grow active patient bases, production, and collections, while managing controllable expenses and meeting budget targets.
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of dental management experience, supervising multiple teams. You should possess excellent communication skills, a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics, and the ability to diagnose problems quickly. Experience in leadership positions, managing and training employees, and driving revenue growth is essential.
