Dental Recruiter Needed to Hire Licensed Dental Hygienist – Downers Grove and Naperville, IL
We are White Oak Family Dental, a modern, fee-for-service practice with offices in Naperville and Downers Grove, Illinois. We are hiring an in-person, licensed dental hygienist and need a recruiter or talent sourcer to find qualified candidates quickly and professionally. Your Responsibilities: Write and post the job ad across platforms: Indeed, DentalPost, ZipRecruiter, etc. Source hygienists directly via job boards, social media, and local networks Confirm active IL dental hygiene license, local availability, experience (2+ years), and schedule fit Screen and shortlist candidates (3–5 minimum) Schedule interviews with our team Provide simple applicant tracking (Google Sheet or similar) Who We’re Hiring: Role: Registered Dental Hygienist Location: On-site in Downers Grove, IL and Naperville IL Schedule: 3–4 days/week, and one Friday & Saturday/month Pay: $42–$48/hr Culture: Friendly, professional, evidence-based, no insurance billing Patients: Mostly families, young adults, and retirees Who You Are: Experienced in dental or healthcare recruiting (required) Familiar with Illinois licensing and market rates Can deliver 3–5 pre-screened candidates within 2–3 weeks Fluent English, responsive communication, and recruiter-level professionalism To Apply: In your proposal, include your recruiting experience, platforms used, and your hourly or fixed-rate pricing.
