Dental Provider Relations Associate Analyst

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental providers to ensure high-quality care for Cigna members. Monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for provider recruitment and retention. Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate provider compliance with Cigna’s standards of care. Serve as a point of contact for providers, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely resolutions. Educate providers on Cigna’s policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure alignment with company goals. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to inform provider network development and management strategies. Assist with the development and execution of provider training and education programs. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
