Dental Network Support Associate IV
Job Description:
• Work directly with contracted providers to help resolve issues
• Assess and negotiate provider fee schedules
• Attempt to reverse termination requests
• Partner with other network team members on various projects related to dental network providers
• Provide outstanding customer service to providers and internal partners
• Grow knowledge base of Network strategy
Requirements:
• 3+ years of dental insurance industry experience or comparable insurance experience communicating with Dental or Doctor offices
• The ability to accelerate impact and drive results
• Excellent decision making, critical thinking and communication skills
• Knowledge of Dental or related experience
• Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PPT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
