Dental Lab Business Development

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the Business Development role to join our company. Candidates are being accepted to work at our sites in the following locations: Livermore, CA, Scottsdale, AZ, O'Fallon, IL, Richardson, TX, Brighton, MI, Rochester, NY, Hicksville, NY, Kennewick, WA, Muncie, IN, Louisville, KY, and Maplewood, MN. Our Company has the following to offer: β€’ Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, and 401(k) β€’ Competitive base salary + commissions β€’ Paid vacation, holidays, and flexible working hours β€’ Career advancement opportunities β€’ Significant investment in industry-leading technology β€’ A supportive culture with the resources you need to be successful in your territory Responsibilities: β€’ Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions β€’ Use in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share β€’ Leverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities β€’ Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM tools β€’ Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service β€’ Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadership β€’ Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues β€’ All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications: β€’ Degree in sales, marketing business is preferred β€’ A minimum of 5 years of business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field β€’ Ability to demonstrate consultative sales skills β€’ Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry β€’ Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills β€’ Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset β€’ Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metrics β€’ Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory; β€’ Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed β€’ Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check β€’ All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check* MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
