Dental Insurance Verification Call Center - Contract to Hire
I'm looking for a reliable dental insurance verification specialist to join a pilot program supporting U.S. dental practices.
About the role:
You'll be calling U.S. dental insurance companies on behalf of dental practices to verify patient benefits — things like coverage details, deductibles, maximums, waiting periods, frequencies, and plan limitations.
Each call typically takes 15–30 minutes, most of which is hold time.
The workload is flexible and variable. Between calls, your time is your own — you're welcome to work on other projects or personal work during downtime. I only ask that you're available and responsive when a verification request comes in.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Available during U.S. business hours (approximately 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Cairo time)
Respond to verification requests within 5 minutes of receiving them
What I'm looking for:
-Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
-Previous experience in U.S. healthcare, insurance verification, or medical BPO strongly preferred
-Comfortable navigating insurance company phone systems and speaking with U.S. representatives
-Attention to detail — accuracy on benefits data is critical
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for calls
-Professional, patient demeanor (hold times can be long)
-Ability to follow detailed SOPs and documentation standards
Nice to have:
-Familiarity with dental terminology (CDT codes, common procedures)
-Experience with dental practice management software
-Prior work with U.S. clients

This is a pilot program in early stages. I'm a founder building this from the ground up, and while I'm hopeful about where it's going, I want to be transparent that this is not a guaranteed long-term role. Funding and demand could change at any time. If you need stable, guaranteed work, this isn't the right fit. If you're comfortable with some uncertainty in exchange for flexible work and the chance to grow with something early, let's talk.
