Responsibilities: The Dental Hygiene Recruiter is responsible for actively sourcing and screening for Dental Hygienists in the mid-Atlantic region. Job responsibilties include: • Establish Relationships with Dental Hygiene Schools • Sourcing Candidates • Making offers, ensuring candidates move through the recruiting funnel • Ensure a positive candidate experience • Building relationships with Hiring Managers and making an effort to overcommunicate when necessary Qualifications: • 1-3 years recruiting experience. Recruiting experience in the healthcare field is a plus • Experience using sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dental Post, etc. to source and find qualified candidates • Ability to develop internal and external relationships • Successfully reach agreeable terms for both the company and the candidate • Desire to work in a high-growth company required.
