Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and service-focused Dental Hygiene Expert / Life Financial Professional to join our expanding financial services team. Duties
• Educate clients on life insurance, retirement strategies, and long-term financial planning
• Conduct financial needs assessments by reviewing client goals, income, risks, and family structure
• Provide clear, understandable explanations of financial products, benefits, and protection options
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records while adhering to industry regulations and ethical standards
• Utilize your background in patient education to simplify complex financial concepts
• Review applications, verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, and submit cases for underwriting
• Assist families in understanding the financial impact of unexpected events and how proper planning can protect them
• Apply your experience with assessments, documentation, and client support to streamline the financial planning process
• Collaborate with team leaders and advisors to ensure clients receive personalized, well-structured financial strategies
• Support clients in navigating insurance carriers, policy options, and claims processes
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on financial products, compliance standards, and best practices

Qualifications
• Clinical background in dental hygiene, dentistry, or dental office operations (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and client-education skills developed through patient interactions
• High attention to detail with proven ability to review documentation for accuracy
• Ability to learn financial products, insurance terminology, and industry compliance requirements
• Passion for guiding clients through important life decisions with empathy and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with families and individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Previous experience with case management, assessment, or client counseling is a plus
• Willingness to obtain required state life insurance licensing (training provided)
