Part Time Dental Front Desk and Billing Coordinator Schedule
Mondays & Tuesdays 7:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities
ā¢ Billing to insurance companies
ā¢ Account Receivables (A/R) - insurance and patient
ā¢ Accurately post insurance payments to patient accounts
ā¢ Ensure balanced deposits
ā¢ Send balance letters to patients
ā¢ Coordinate patient payment arrangements
ā¢ Notify collections agencies of delinquent accounts
ā¢ Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
ā¢ Patient check in/out
ā¢ Coordinating patient payments
ā¢ Answers incoming calls
ā¢ Confirm appointments
ā¢ Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma required
ā¢ At least 2 years dental front office experience, including billing experience, required
ā¢ Experience with practice management software
ā¢ Understanding of dental terminology and applicable dental codes
ā¢ Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
ā¢ Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Positive attitude and professional demeanor
ā¢ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to collaborate with a team
