Who We’re Looking For We seek motivated, detail-oriented professionals who embrace change, manage their workflow effectively, and take pride in supporting dental practices with integrity and expertise. Your Role at DAAE As a Dental Billing Consultant, you may provide: • Dental Billing • Patient Billing • Dental–Medical Billing All work is performed remotely from your home office. You’ll use your expertise to reduce administrative burden for dental practices so they can focus on patient care. DAAE supplies the clients—you provide the skill and service. What You Need to Succeed To be considered, you must: • Be an independent contractor with proven, comprehensive dental billing experience • Be proficient in dental software systems and all related billing functions • Have a reliable computer meeting DAAE’s IT requirements • Be disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision Joining DAAE means being part of one of the most elite groups of billers in the nation. Adjustment Period New consultants typically take 2–4 weeks to adapt to DAAE systems, culture, and virtual workflow processes. You may also implement new workflows for clients during onboarding, which can require additional time early on. Software Experience Preferred We are seeking experts in any dental, endodontic, orthodontic, or oral surgery software—especially: Dentrix • Dentrix Enterprise • Dentrix Ascend • Open Dental • Eaglesoft • Curve • Softdent • Oryx • Practice Web • CareStack • Denticon • WinOMS • EndoVision • PBS • TDO • DSN All accepted applicants will undergo skills testing to ensure exceptional knowledge and alignment with the DAAE standard.
