Dental Biller

Staffing for Doctors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Biller to join our client’s dynamic dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing dental claims, managing billing inquiries, and ensuring the practice receives timely payments for services rendered. This position requires a thorough understanding of dental billing procedures, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: • Claim Submission: Prepare and submit dental insurance claims using appropriate codes and documentation to ensure accurate billing. • Payment Posting: Accurately post payments from insurance companies and patients, and reconcile accounts to identify discrepancies. • Follow-Up: Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to resolve issues and expedite payment processes. • Patient Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing issues, payment plans, and insurance coverage with professionalism and clarity. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of billing activities and updates to patient accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Must have experience in dental billing including accounts receivable and collections • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance claim processing, and billing procedures. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team and patients. • Proficient in using dental billing software and practice management systems (experience with Dentrix or similar preferred). • Proficient in WinOMS (scheduling and treatment planning). • Must have experience with Care Credit and Cherry • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, with working hours typically from Monday to Friday. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Apply tot his job
