Key Responsibilities:


Provide high-quality instruction to students in dental assisting, both in the classroom and online
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, course materials, and assessments
Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting student satisfaction and success
Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records
Participate in faculty and professional development activities to stay current with industry standards
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives


Requirements:


Minimum of three years of related practical work experience in dental assisting
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor
