Personal Injury Demand Writing Opportunity (As Needed, Remote) Work from Home Medical Review, Summary, and Demand Writing Assistance Needed Law firm which assists people who have experienced physical and emotional injury due to no fault of their own needs experienced remote workers to assist lawyers with writing persuasive demands on behalf of our clients. Job-related tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: • Reviewing and summarizing medical records and other case-related documents, • Conducting medical research, • Interviewing witnesses, • Reviewing and summarizing case-related damages evidence, • Drafting settlement demands. Prior experience reviewing and summarizing medical records is a prerequisite. Experience writing personal injury-related demands for lawyers is highly preferred.
