Demand Planner; NCG

Position: Demand Planner (NCG) Job Description Driving Efficient Supply, and Customer Satisfaction through Strategic Collaboration. The NCG position is designed for recent graduates, providing an opportunity to begin a professional career and develop skills in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on supporting team objectives, learning industry’s best practices, and contributing to organizational goals. This job involves a wide range of sales operations tasks, such as providing data of demand forecasts and sales performance analysis, managing customer information, operating databases, and supporting the delivery of ordered products, to achieve efficient sales activities and optimal production and supply. Central to this function is collaboration with various departments both domestically and internationally to facilitate seamless operations and superior customer experiences. • Validate demand and update forecast • Partner with customer service team and supply chain team to optimize product availabilities and execute availability swap • Coordinate with supply chain team on expedite and escalations • Manage and monitor inventory level, allocate and swap inventory • Support RMA and End of Life issues • Support ad-hoc requests Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related field • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Supply / Inventory Planning Supply Chain Operations • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify data anomalies and drive root-cause analysis • Proficient in Excel a must • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills Additional Information Renesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose ‘ To Make Our Lives Easier .’ As the industry’s leading expert in embedded processing with unmatched quality and system-level know-how, we have evolved to provide scalable and comprehensive semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, infrastructure, and IoT industries based on the broadest product portfolio, including High Performance Computing, Embedded Processing, Analog & Connectivity, and Power.
