Demand Letter from Attorney for Simple Request
Thanks for viewing. Looking for a demand letter for small matter which will be sent to Meta (Instagram) and LinkedI. Background: A company is linking to my business website on their outbound links. I have demanded they remove the links, no action. I have also contacted both services (IN, LInkedIn) and informed them I did not authorize this, it was creating confusion in marketplace, and I am asking for removal. No reply. Therefore seeking to escalate it by means of a demand letter for infringement on trademark/unfair competition, false implication of endorsement, and unauthorized use of my brand. Currently they are misleading and deceptive, and I have my site behind a password-protected lander so as to take proactive measure I can control in stopping the situation, but this is also hurting my business, not to mention its been as is for few months. Looking for this demand letter to be on a professional letterhead with lawyers firm info, not sent from a gmail address or informal means.
