Demand Letter Attorney (Remote, Flexible, Flat-Fee Engagements)

We are a fast-growing legal tech platform that connects people and small businesses with licensed attorneys for professionally drafted and sent demand and C&D letters for a flat fee. We are seeking friendly, customer-oriented, independent, and efficient lawyers to help ordinary people and businesses with their letters. These short timeline projects are ideal for lawyers who want: - Flexible remote work - Short, focused projects - Steady potential new client introductions - Minimal administrative overhead You must be actively licensed and in good standing in your state. You will be paid a flat rate of $60 - $150 dollars for each letter, depending on the type of letter and your experience. We are looking for attorneys who can draft demand/cease and desist letters for the following: - Demand for payment - Debt collection - Notice of intent to sue - Landlord/tenant issues - Harassment and stalking - Slander, defamation and libel - Stopping debt collection harassment - Trademark, copyright and patent infringement - Reclaiming social media accounts How our platform works: 1. You are notified about a new project 2. You briefly review the project details and promptly accept or reject the project 3. If accepted, review the project more in-depth and draft the letter 4. Provide the potential client with the draft for 1 revision round 5.
