Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Manager or Senior Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support our aggressive growth goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys contributing to process improvements.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, content syndication, etc.).
Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and alignment on campaign strategies and goals.
Optimize lead nurturing processes through marketing automation and CRM integration.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with content, product, and field marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and assets.
Manage budget allocation and track ROI for demand generation activities.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation:
Base compensation is expected to be between $130,000 - $180,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
