Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Delta, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will provide assistance, support, and solutions to inquiries regarding bookings, reservations, and any issues customers may encounter. Working with a diverse team, you will engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer calls and queries, troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and providing information about Delta’s services. You will utilize our cutting-edge CRM software, allowing you to manage customer interactions efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements
