Requirements
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights.
Provide assistance with baggage claims, check-in processes, and general travel information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Deltas services, policies, and procedures.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
