As a Customer Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for assisting customers with bookings, flight changes, and general inquiries. You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous customer service experience preferred
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
2. Assisting customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
4. Providing information on Delta Airlines policies and procedures
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service
7. Meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics set by the company
