Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services and policies. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

– Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
