Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Follow communication guidelines and policies to maintain Delta Airlines high standards.

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Educational Qualifications
