As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will interact with customers via our online chat platform, assisting them with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and other travel-related questions. You will ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information, helping to enhance their travel experience with Delta Airlines.
Responsibilities
Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to Delta’s customer service standards.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about Deltas policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Handle escalated issues with tact and professionalism.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel industry.
Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
