Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and software
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies
• Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta’s products and services

Educational Qualifications

Experience
